Please Read Before Booking!
At NV PRD, I believe that capturing your moments and memories through professional photography is an incredible investment. To ensure a smooth and delightful experience, I kindly request that you review and understand the following terms and conditions before finalizing your booking:
Booking/Confirmation and Payment
You may bring 2 guests maximum, If they are also taking pictures they are subjected to pay the amount due for them.
To secure your preferred date and time, a non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the photo shoot or you will NOT receive your pictures until received.
If guests interrupt your desired amount of time there will be no extra time unless paid for.
Cancellation, Rescheduling and Lateness
In the unfortunate event you need to cancel or reschedule your photo shoot, please notify me at least 24 hours prior to the desired shoot day.
Rescheduling is subject to availability. To reschedule there will be a FEE of $30 before booking another desired date and time. I appreciate your understanding that other commitments may affect our availability for your desired date.
If you are late to a scheduled photoshoot, you are subjected to paying a late fee of $25 every 15 minutes. If it has been over 45 minutes your photoshoot will be canceled and you are still expected to pay the full amount for the photoshoot.
Weather Conditions
While I do my best to accommodate your preferred shooting date, inclement weather may necessitate rescheduling. In such cases, we will work with you to find an alternate date that suits both parties. Your deposit will be transferred to the new booking.
Usage and Copyright
By booking a photo shoot with NV PRD, you grant me the permission to use the captured images for promotional purposes, including my website, social media platforms, and marketing materials.
Rest assured, your privacy is important to us, and I will never sell your images to third parties without your explicit consent.
Image Delivery and Editing
I will provide you with a collection of high-resolution, edited images. The number of images and delivery timeline may vary depending on the package you choose, but I strive to deliver them within 3-5 business days.
While I aim to reflect your personal style and preferences, my editing process remains within my artistic vision. Requests for extensive post-processing alterations may be subject to additional charges.
Cooperation and Conduct
To ensure the best possible results, I kindly request your full cooperation during the photo shoot. Please arrive on time and come prepared, giving consideration to grooming, outfit changes, and any props you may wish to include (If chosen to do so).
We reserve the right to terminate the photo shoot without refund if we encounter inappropriate or unruly behavior.
By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions. They serve as a legally binding agreement between you and NV PRD. I value your trust and look forward to capturing your special moments in the most memorable way possible.
